Device is in preloader and trying to crash. Status is 7024

hello, my device name is infinix smart 5. After flashing AOSP gsi(android 14), the phone got stuck in bootloop and screen turned black. I tried to fix this problem by flashing another gsi but couldnot get into fastbootd.

I tried using SP flash tool, but the phone isnot detected. whenever i try holding both volume buttons, my pc shows unauthorized driver error and it doesnot work ( I installed the latest auto driver installer). recently i followed the guide on hovatech and was able to get to some parts where i learned that my device is in preloader mode and trying to crash. the status is 7024.

Now please help me. how can i boot this in working condition, should i format using mtkclient?
