How do I get a scatter file that can be flashed? scatters that appear after "Cut ROM as it is" only bring up the preloader, boot and userdata. Is that enough for a bootloop Android flash?

Please, follow all the steps to backup firmware. You'll get the firmware files including the scatter file

I am running WwR MTK (2.51 version). Thank you for a wonderful product. Your easy  to follow instructions are excellent. I'm not the brightest bulb in the shed, but everything was working fine.....that is, until I tried to execute STEP 47 on the "Steps to use WWR v2.51 + SP Flash tool to backup Mediatek firmware". I could not access the "Start the Process" button. No matter how I tried to resize the window, it would only resize Horizontally. Vertically resizing was non-existent. So, in the Assemble firmware section (#4), I can only see Folder for firmware, next line checkbox for Convert Ext2, then first button choice "Build a clean firmware". Nothing below that.....no matter how I resize the window.
I tried changing Compatibility in the Properties-Compatibility Dialog box for the Executable, but nothing worked.
I am using the program on a WIndows 10 Home Version. My phone is a Chinese "RM 13 Pro+" but an Updater file, com.Rsota.rsotaUpdater has the Andr/Generic-S virus. It has ALL permissions and nothing I do can turn it off or prevent it from uploading all of my information. Hence my desire to root the device. I purchased this only 2 weeks ago and the virus came pre-installed.
There are other falsities with the device (storage, OS version, etc), but unlocking the ROM and gaining supervisor access should allow me to clean the system.
Hence my request for help in expanding the menus Vertically.
I tried responding to the contact e-mail with screen shots, but it seem to be an auto reply, as I received the same email again as a reply.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Gregory

You can reduce the font size under Settings then restart the tool

That worked like a charm.  A bit hard to see at 6pts, but every selection is there. Thank you! And Thanks for a great product.
