Flash error Unisoc module

Need sone help with Elite OctaMax.
Someone flashed wrong boot.img
I have a backup I made with Unisoc module..
ACTION: Flash Firmware.
Selected firmware: firmware_info.xml
NV: Skip write nvram
Device Storage: EMMC
Start Detect phone...
Phone must be off with battery inside.
Long press "VOL -" key and insert usb cable.
For some phones need to
Long press "VOL -"+ "VOL +" key and insert usb cable.
Detected: SPRD U2S Diag (COM8)
Error untill sending boot, aborting.
Total Time: 00:00:02
Done.

Anyway of fixing this?

Try to use CM2 to backup the bricked phone. Check if you get the same error.
The backup you are trying to flash, was it made from this phone before it got bricked?
