All of a Sunday two usb port refused to work, only one works and i keep getting this message use usb 2.0 it works faster ,av downloaded a usb driver and after installing it, vit said already av such drivers 
In my device manager under the universal  serial bus i have 4 intel usb controller, one usb composite device 
And four usb root hub.....wat should i do

its between a hardware and software (config / clash) issue

what you can do is to uninstall all USB controllers under device manager then scan for hardware changes and restart the phone

another option is a create a new user account to see if the issue persists

a confirmatory method is to re-install your OS

how do i reinstall windows without losing files cuz i Don't have external disc, i already tried to restore it to last point but still the same thing...

i suggest you first consider a system restore (see https://www.hovatek.com/blog/how-to-do-a...e-on-a-pc/)
if that fails then proceed with OS re-installation
just dont use the format option during installation and your files will be saved to Windows.old
you'll only lose installed programs
