Stuck at downloading boot8 miracle box

I was trying to backup my rom using miracle box and my phone are in bootloader unlocked,but when i begin the process,it stuck at "downloading boot8",and after half than hour,it said bad cpu and boot not support,Also when i try to disable auth in mtkbypassutility,it say Brom error,my cpu hardware is MT6771V/C
