What causes the bellow error and attached phone is not showing in the terminal i have tried to restart pc and even revoked pc in developer options still the same problem

first check and ensure that the device is properly detected in device manager then try the fix @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-10111.html

Did u install 15 second ADB installer?

Did u install 15 second ADB installer? And did u open command shell on the ADB folder?
