So I'm following the instructions in this thread https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-16772.html
My Huawei E5573Cs -322 modem runs exactly the same software and web UI version whose screenshot was included in the thread. But when I try to load the usbloader included in the download using Balong USB Downloader, all I get is a prompt but the flashing never starts.
Attached are the relevant screenshots. Please help me out.

check the requirements section and install bos registry fix
also use usblsafe rather than usbloader to prevent nvram from been erased (you won't loose the reset button, imei and sn number)

After using the bos registry fix, it proceeds. I also used the usblsafe file to do the loading.
But on trying to run the firmware update (E5573cs_Update_21.318.99.03.00), I get error code 13 update failed. Screenshot attached
