Boot to recovery Mode (press Volume up + Power Button)

Go to *More* section then press power button, choose *Yes* to wipe Data,

2. Go to  *Wipe Cache Partition* then press Power Button and choose *Yes to wipe.

Reboot your phone, problem will be fixed
