HELLO FRIENDS , i need some help, how to remove de mensenger "UNWREITTEN TEE KEY " it´s appears in all menus.

i have flash with SFLASH - nothing happens
still the same mensenger

i have flash with SNWRITE - nothing happens
still the same mensenger

this phone make me crazy
