can't calculate unlock code for v4 algo modems using imei
if you're trying to unlock, you could use flashing usblsafe / usbloader method ; similar to the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-16772.html
you'll need to have usblsafe.bin or usbloader for your variant i.e e5573bs and if you use usbloader, you'll also need the right firmware and webui too
