how did this problem begin?
does the device make any beeping sounds when powered on?

Check the cable conections, try DDU-ing gpu drivers and then reinstalling them with testsinging on and INTEGRITY_CHECKS disabled. And try useing DeadPixelRepair to repair broken pixels if you have flashed a custom vbios on your gpu.
