if you know of any method or tool that can flash a cm2sp2 backup then feel free to use that
as far as we're aware no such thing exists

CM2SP2 (unlike CM2SPD) doesn't support converting the backup to .pac.
We'll list a pac format as soon as we can find an alternative to convert it.
Until then, this CM2 dump is what we can provide
