Pls I need camon 11 cf7 32+3 h1 authentic file I try with the one on line but it giving me that error and now the phone is not coming on again pls I need help

disconnect / reconnect the battery of your phone, it'll power back on to whatever state it was before you made an attempt to flash
what is the build number of your phone?
where did you download the firmware you have from? attach a full screenshot of it's contents

I did not but it should be something like this CF7-H399BCDEFH-O-190107V188 or CF7-H399BCDEFH-O-190107V185

flash the factory firmware you downloaded using software download tool (format all + download) @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-23709.html
