do you have miracle box dongle? if yes, did you connect it to a port on the PC before launching the SW tool?

Yes i connected it first and the drivers are well installed even the miracle shell can't open as in it opens and closes i have even now tried to install the setup on Windows 7 still the same problem even the firmware updated has tested the box correctly

it may be from the v3.05, try a lower version and see if it will work.

Try this: right-click miracle box, click properties, compatibility and choose your os version e.g win 7, 8 or 10 if the problem persist then put miracle box installation folder in antivirus exclusion & windows defender.
