If I boot fastbootd "adb reboot-fastboot" the upload will go smoothly.
I assume it will be the same for most sc9863a devices.
Maybe it will help someone :-)

AFTER I FLASH VBMETA IT SAYS HASH MISMATCH... PLEASEE HELP
