Good evening guys....after doing a factory reset on my a2core samsung....the phone has been restarting......pls I have this Kenya firmware is it possible I flash it on the phone....Will it work?

only way to find out will be to try it out but before you attempt to flash anything on your device, you should boot into recovery mode and take note of the software build running on the phone but it's better you download firmware for the exact same build

recovery mode : power off the phone then vol up + power button till you get to recovery mode screen
download firmware @ https://samfrew.com
