please help.... how to remove itel 1351E google account

Itel 1351E runs v4 kitkat, I don’t think there’s google account protection for kitkat.
Attach the screenshot of the locked phone let’s take a look.

Am actually having problems with hard resetting the phone because it's saying so many input passwords and therefore I should enter my Gmail account which I have forgotten.

boot into recovery using the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-2167.html then perform a factory reset
