The problem seems to be your fastboot. You can see it has a different icon from the rest.
Are you running 32 or 64 bit OS? Switch to 64 if on 32

It works on which OS and architecture on your side?

my phone always shows lock flag unlock, skip verify, does this happen to all phones? and what does it skip verify about?

That's pretty standard. you could hide it if you want

You can certainly perform this procedure on a Windows PC or laptop. However, you will need to create a Ubuntu Live USB or DVD boot disk in order to work within a Linux environment.
