Hi also had the same issues, after changing sim it goes back to lock screen.

permanent unlock usually deals with flashing an already unlocked firmware
unless an unlocked firmware for this variant (*H-1-10) is found then no permanent unlock

you mean backup firmware from a temporarily unlocked device, even if you did manage to find a way to backup / restore the firmware, you'll still end up with a temporarily unlocked device
