I followed the process to unlock. It was successful but when I put another sim
It shows the network provider but the network doesn't come through.ease assist

you followed the temp or permanent unlock process?

Please after unlocking am not getting any network signal from my 4g sim card or any other sim please help and if I want to revert back to the airtel previous software how do i go about it

you can't return back to the previous firmware, that's gone
what's your device model / variant?
how did you unlock? and have you tried using an airtel sim?

check if your sim support 4g, then check your Wi-Fi online settings, I think under connection settings check if its 4g only, you can change it to 3g/4g.
try that
