1. Extract all downloaded items the install WTPTP Driver
3.Disconnect the MIFI device from your computer, remove battery and sim card.
Sorry do i need to Insert the Device before installing WTPTP Driver ?
because i can't see the installed driver on my Device manager and am using windows 10 please what could be the cause?

1.) you don't necessarily need to connect the mifi (using USB) before installing the drivers. So long as you didn't receive any errors while installing then it's fine
3.) this point is made assuming that the user has the PC connected to the mifi
You'll only get to see the drivers you installed when you connect the mifi in the appropriate state such as in step 7 when you connect the mifi for flashing OR step 11 when you connect the mifi to work with marvell mifitool

you were able to flash the m022t firmware and run the mifitool unlock successfully but device still remain locked restarting?
