please i have an issue wit infinix x627, a customer gave me the phone to fix unknownbaseband, but the battery was 5 pecent so i forgot to charge d battery b4 it off now the is not charging nor oning again if i want flash, it will show authentication file required please can help me with the authentication file

flash the device using factory firmware and software download tool @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-23709.html ; use the format all + download option
