Solution:
Launch device manager and ensure that your phone is booted to EDL mode properly. It should get detected as "Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008" before Qfil will be able to detect & flash without problems

Download Fail: FireHose Fail: FHLoader Fail: Process Fail

Solution:

• Try using Qfil tool from within QPST; download QPST @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-22467.html
  
• Try a different version of Qfil @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-25314.html ; you can specifically try v1.0.0.2
  

Download Fail: FireHose Fail: FHLoader Fail: FHLoader Fail: The system cannot find the specified file

Solution:
Use Qfil tool from within QPST; download QPST @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-22467.html

Download Fail: Sahara Fail: QSaharaServer Fail: Process Fail

Solution:

• Use a different firehose programmer file. You can try the collection @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-25696.html
  
• Ensure no space in folder / path name
  
• Ensure to use QPST instead of qfil standalone ; download QPST @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-22467.html
  
• Load all files before before entering EDL then click download immediately in EDL (i.e 9008 is displayed)
  
• Try using the latest version of QFIL
  

Download Fail:FireHose Fail:FHLoader Fail:Flash Information is not filled

Solution:
Use Qfil tool from within QPST v2.7.460; download @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-22467.html

ERROR: ReadPort: Could not read from '\\.\COM*', Windows API ReadFile failed! Your device is probably *not* on this port

These tips are really good and solved my problem.
I was struggling for 2 days before seeing this forum.

I have used Driver and latest QPST from the given links & connected phone just before entering EDL then click download immediately in EDL (i.e 9008 is displayed).

I have Download Fail:FireHose Fail:FHLoader Fail:Flash Information is not filled in the QPST 2.7.465.
When I use v2.7.460 all is OK!
