My bios keep saying " the system bios update failed" after I had installed the driver. The bios driver is the latest version for my machine, released may 24, 2019 but won't update

click the start menu then type dxdiag and launch it
attach a full screenshot of what it displays

That was the driver I downloaded and install but won't update. 

I sense that, maybe because bios is not updated that was why my laptop goes off and on, that is why I want to get it updated

Run diskmgmt.msc delete the hptools partition, then download the latest bios update from HP.com(you have to search for your exact laptop model and select your current operating system) and use that to update it
