My laptop is not charging, when plugged in it will display an error message pligged in not charging
please what is the problem i want the solution on how to fix it

How did the problem start?
Did you try a different charger or battery?

your charger is faulty, replace your charger

It could be static energy, bad charger or battery.
Try this
Power off the laptop > disconnect from charger > take out the battery > hold the power button for 30 seconds then release > reinsert the battery > connect to charger >power on
Let me know if the issue persists
