I am a phone engineer.
I'm having an issue with 'itel a16 go edition', have flashed the phone with different versions of ROM, but am still, I'm getting "Google apps has stopped". And have tried to hard reset it after flashing self, but I'm still on the same page.
Please, I need help, I don't know what else to do again!.

Do you mean after flashing and hard resetting phone still boots directly to homescreen with everything intact as if you’ve not flashed firmware?

you're stuck on the initial setup screen? ie FRP
try removing frp using the method @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-18581.html OR flash firmware using factory download tool @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-15611.html

And have successful installed the ADB Driver, the phone was connected successful too...
Second step didn't solve the problem too.

And have successful installed the ADB Driver, the phone was connected successful too...
Second step didn't solve the problem too.
use latest adb and fastboot @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-26886.html
and post screenshot if you encounter an error

This is because you're not in the fastboot folder (in command prompt)
lets see a screenshot of the error so I can point this out
