BTW you can use fastboot method for unlocking bootloader and flashing twrp . (please see previous reply in this thread).

in the new thread, also state where / how you got the twrp you're trying to flash

ensure that your device uses a spreadtrum chipset and also ensure to install spd drivers (check the first post on page 1 for link to install spd drivers)
lastly ensure to hold vol down button before connecting the phone to the PC

flashing will never start if your device keeps charging
if you are having problems flashing then create a new thread so we'll focus on it by clicking "ask question" at the top
