What model of phone?
after connecting my tecno r5 to my pc it makes that connected sound then after makes another different sound and the flashing doesnt work.the phone is completely dead

Hi, my Tecno R7 is dead and not coming on. what actually happened is that i was browsing with it and mistakenly install virus, since then it star malfunctioned so i tried to use sp flash tool to flash it, but i tried to flash it on my own,i don't know may be i download the uncompleted stock rom and wiped the the one on the phone before....but now it's not charging, not coming up, no sign of life at all.. Please i need your assistance on this, i will be grateful if i can get solution from you.

Even downloaded and used the latest sp flash tool yet after selecting the scatter file the flash tool app interface or windows just vanishes
After it vanishes the flash tool app doesnot open again
Please its being weeks since my phone went dead
Ive put it on charge for more than days yet when i power it on i get nothing
Please if you can help me i will be very grateful
