I am back with fixed TWRP.
TWRP Version : 3.1
Device : Karbonn Titanium Vista 4G.
Ported from : ZTE blade A510
Here is a screenshot.

3) @SachinBorkar ( for no reason ) :-)
Note : If you face touch issue at startup just press power button twice and see the magic.

How to flash :
1) Flash it via SP flash tool.
2 ) or via flashify.
Note 2 : Do not patch the kernel its already patched and packed by me, just flash it.
But one bug
At first time screen light has to be turned off to make the touch work on twrp
