please i need working file of TOUCHINH T1

please help need on it and the working file that file flash with but still on password when i power it......

If you're sure flash was successful then it might be a faulty emmc chip issue.
Have you tried factory reset via recovery mode?

was flashing successful with a green tick?
after flashing, did the phone go through the initial / first time setup?
