Hello!
when my v10 was in charge it restarted itself and stayed at the boot logo.

I tried to reinitialize it with recovery option but once I turn on the phone it restart and stay locked at the boot logo.

where you able to successfully factory reset the phone in recovery mode?
recovery mode on this phone should be vol down + power button, the phone must be powered off completely
if you are unable to power off the phone, either disconnect / reconnect the battery or wait till the battery empties and the phone goes off

I had once reset to normal mode (reset parameter).

I have access to the recovery mode (vol down + power) but when I click on reset all datas the phone remains blocked for a while and it restarts while restarting the same problem.
I have the impression that it does not reinitialize

You should consider flashing the stock ROM.
Did you take note of the phone's build no?
Also attach the screenshot of your phone in recovery mode.

whats the full model of your phone? LG V10 H900? or something else
check what model is indicated on the motherboard or the stick just beneath the battery

now i noticed you have ATT, ATT hosts their firmwares on their server. you can try contacting their support team or check the ATT forum if they'll send the firmware link

also ensure to properly verify the model of your phone, i cant find amy such ATT H901, there's only ATT H900 or TMO H901
if you confirm yours is ATT H900, the firmware is listed @ https://storagecow.eu/index.php?dir=Xda%...6T+H900%2F

other options you have
check with octoplus support team if they have firmware for your exact model in their download area (this will not be free though)
