if you didn't find it, try porting the twrp recovery by your self @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21839.html then use it to flash magisk or super user to root your phone.

I can't get hold of stock firmware to pull recovery or scatter file for that matter

you can use any android flashing software to do that like miracle box , sp flashtool if the backup is in .bin format just rename it to .img format and proceed

None what so ever it's can't get a hold of it, I've spent 2 days solid looking for my device firmware with no luck so I've came here looking for help. Is it easy to do a full back up with sp flash tool.

No firmware for device I've spent 2 days solid looking but to no avail so I've came here for help also is it easy to back up with sp flash tool and does it need a internet connection for the back up

Found the same device but different model which I'm suspecting different region but have attached the recovery.img will that work. My device is a 5033x and the recovery is from a 5033a same device different region I think

you need to backup your original recovery and try
