for both unlock and fixing brick, look for the right usbloader or usblsafe for your mifi variant, you could try those from e5573s-***

refer to the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-16772.html for how to flash using balong and i'll suggest you attempt to fix the bricked device before unlocking (as it'll give you an idea of the correct files to use on the mifi that's still working)
