It depends on what other partitions the OTA update patched but I suspect only system.img should do.
To be safe, flash the entire firmware (using Download Only)

Ok thanks. Im having a problem with the sp flash too, anytime i open the app or load the the scatter file, it says "ERROR: Not Implement"
Im using widows 10 and the latest version of the sp flash tool. The previous versions don't seem to support the phone. Attached is a picture of the error.

this link requires permission, post shareable link
and make sure to capture the entire SP flash tool window screen not just the error message box

in google drive, click the file you want to share >
at the top right hand corner, some new options should appear > click the icon that read (get shareable link)
this will turn on sharing for that file and generate a shareable link
OR better still upload the image to imgur or datafilehost (they don't require using a special shareable link)
