Alright but i don't know how to post a shareable link. Can u please send me your WhatsApp line so i send the picture to u through whatsapp
in google drive, click the file you want to share >
at the top right hand corner, some new options should appear > click the icon that read (get shareable link)
this will turn on sharing for that file and generate a shareable link
OR better still upload the image to imgur or datafilehost (they don't require using a special shareable link)

Do you get this error immediately after launching it or after selecting a scatter file?
Make sure to extract sp flash tool contents in a folder before launching it.
Also, try running it on a different pc.

I receive it when launching and loading a scatter file. Maybe i need to try a new pc

try extracting the contents to a different location on your pc
try downloading and using a different version at https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13970.html
then try a different PC
