[Please help] My phone Infinix X570 Won't boot pass the Infinix logo

please, cross-check the stock backup you have to be sure its for x570 and not x507

thats a mismatch error. check the stock rom you downloaded from us, whats the file name?

thats a mismatch error. check the stock rom you downloaded from us, whats the file name?

It was in a compressed rar file named "!Files_to_FlashTool" inside it was "[Hovatek] Stock backup (MTK) for Infinix X570"
I use an Infinix X570, it should be the same model.

uninstall & reinstall drivers using https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-567.html then try using sp flash tool version 5.
BTW, did you ever flash a custom ROM to the phone?

go to device manager then connect the phone to PC. let me know if the phone gets detected and what it gets detected as

Sorry for the late response.
Last time I tried it, there was no activity on the device manager. I think it may be because the battery is flat and out.
Does Hovatek have any representative that could help with this issue please??
