Goodday Sir..... please my Tecno F7 went dead after I tried to update the phone...it can't even on or show anything.

1. how exactly did you try updating?
2. can you get access to a working F7?
3. supply a gmail address

I gave a friend of mine to upgrade the phone for me to higher version.

pls sir....kindly help me with tecno N9 phantom pad stock rom
the pad went dead after trying to robot it.
it cannot even power on or show any sign..thanks.
