fix sp flash tool eboot error 16008 HELP!

i download cwm recovery and sp flash tool
when i the first time i flash cwm it worked but my phone is brick
in the second day i fix it all by myself but cwm recovery is gone and i want to flash it again
and an error comes up like
Eboot error 16008
android: partition size change
and i don't know what to do
is anyone else knows how to fix it
i would be gratefull
by the way my phone is
alcatel one touch 918n 2.3.6

what file exactly are you trying to flash and what version of sp flash tool are you using?
