My laptop hibernated after using it but hangs when I on it after charging. It also hangs on system recovery. When I try to format it, hangs again. I need help.

have you tried rebooting the PC?

Also,what do you mean by "when you try to format"?

Try system diagnostics ,do a hard drive test
State the model of the laptop
