the images don't seem to be signed so they should work just as a regular img file should.Â
did you check bootloader status as advised by @Hovatek ?
also try loading the stock PAC file you have then flash without making any changes, lets know the outcome of this too

I can flash unchanged original .pac file normally, succesfully, without error

Your SPD must have some kind of verified boot + restricted bootloader commands.
Use the .PAC's Uboot.bin / Fdl2.bin to search for any hidden commands as explained @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21403.html

I couldn't have a permanent or temporary root, by phone or by PC
"adb root" not work, "adb remount" too
I've tried to mount my device system, but always failed
it always say Read-only system file, I cant mount them to push superuser

All of my friend (with same device) still searching how to root or installing custom recovery and flashing firmware
I gave them link to your tutor "how to flash spreadtrum device" and worked perfectly, they really happy and appreciated your nice tutor
