By shaking, do you mean its showing the busy icon (i.e rolling icon)? Have you tried booting into Safe Mode to see if the issue persist? What about removing this third party theme? Tried doing a system restore?

I also noticed I tried to install ITUNES setup and it didn't install and pop up a lot of errors continuously, like all the files in the setup was trying to install but couldn't install... So I think it was that thing that affected the mouse that continues installation of that setup and it didn't stop. Please help out I have remove the third part theme. No luck

That really isn't a fix; only changing the busy mouse icon. Your PC is still lagging. Since it doesn't occur in Safe More, you can disable all auto start applications in Windows under Task Manager
