flash nvram.bin from another phone and then wipe from recovery. privacy codes are stored in nvram with imei, bt mac address and wifi mac address

itel A16 is supposed to be a spreadtrum SPD phone. spreadtrum phones don't require custom DA file
if yours is an MTK phone, then create a new thread so we'll focus on it

in the new thread, attach a screenshot of the tool you're using and the error message you get while using the tool
