[Please help] i have dead tecno w3 lte

hi. i have bought my tecno w3lte from egypt from orang company and it stoped on tecno logo. i have no idea about its stok rom and i cnnt access factory rest by power and volume keyes. i trayied to formmat it with sp or nck but i cant .its was working in hios 1.0.0 what can i do???

1. How exactly did it get stuck at logo
2. Have you backed up the firmware (even in its bricked state)
3. Do you have the NCK hardware box?

Dump the phone's firmware in scatter format using miracle @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13347.html
Then get the phone's build no using build.prop method @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-16095.html .
Let's know once successful.

Copy system and boot to another folder then rename to system.img and boot.img.
Next, follow the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-20497.html and create a project. This will unpack the system.img . Check for the build.prop in the WORK/system folder
