[Please help] Tecno M7 HARD BRIKED

I have a Tecno M7 unfortunately it hang for Tecno, so i gave it to one guy to help me solve the problem, but failure, up to the extence the phone is not booting or charging, he told me he flash the phone with sp flash when the flash complete the phone stop booting or sign of life, pls hovatek help me solve the problem.
