how exactly did you attempt to remove root?
did you by any chance make a firmware backup before rooting?
and did you take note of the build number of your device?

l didn't make a firmware backup, I tried to remove the root from the superuser app.
moreover I didn't take note of the build number, but it the latest OS which Xos 2.3

And I can reboot into twrp recovery now and also found a way to off the phone. But it's still stuck at the "infinix powered by Android" but it won't boot.

Try flashing supersu in recovery, let's know if you can boot to home screen.

Write down the phone's build no, you'll need if something goes wrong again.
You can install xposed framework with your custom recovery using
