I just downloaded and compared to our firmware @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-19292.html
Its the same chipset (MT6737M) and build number (CXAir-H3713A-N-170618V105) as ours.
Are you certain you'd downloaded the right file from us in the first place?
