OK. You'll be running some commands in fastboot.
Do you have adb & fastboot on your PC? if not, follow https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-588.html
on a parallel approach, port TWRP for your device using our tool @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21839.html
but don't flash yet

whats the architecture of the windows OS running on your PC?
and have you tried using a different PC?

We'll need to manually port a custom recovery. The plan is to get you into custom recovery mode then flash a flashable zip created from the stock rom
We need the following
Phone's Android version
stock recovery.img
BTW, have you setup ADB-Fastboot?
