Hi, I am using volcan box but I just got my system formated and I have installed drivers but whenever I connect a phone to the volcano box it do display pinout not found please kindly help me out of this problem sir

That could be a driver issue.
Uninstall all drivers using USB Deview then re-install
You should answer @innagee's question too
