you got to this mode using vol up + power button
did you try booting into factory mode [vol down + power button] ?

the MT6571 rom at needrom is the same as the one you tried
after flashing the rom, you are to perform a factory reset and seeing as you can't boot into recovery mode, try booting into factory mode instead [factory mode is vol down + power button]
if it doesn't work then try booting into fastboot mode and lets know if you are able to

Reboot the phone and retry the process, scroll down using the vol keys and select recovery mode using power button.

, i'v just download the Samhe J2 Prime MT6571 firmware and i'had try to flash files one by one and watching the phone reaction, and after all, i have flashed the all file with the J2 Prime MT6571 and phone had come to life .. that's the realy china phone trick
