Please I need your assistance.
I formatted my infinix hot 5 lite, and I was asked to input the previous user account but I forgot my password. So I sent the phone for flashing.
Ever since then my phone imei became invalid, airtel and mtn networks don't browse and work well. Also my fingerprint disappeared in the phone.its like fingerprint never existed bcoz its no more in the phone.
I have sent it for reflashing still the same condition. I'm not enjoying the phone again at all.
Please help thanks.

What's the phone's build no.?
Check if the phone's baseband is valid (go to settings>about>baseband).

Create a new thread for fingerprint issue so we focus on it.

This is the baseband number. Moly. W1449..Mp. v91.5.p5.
I still need a solution to my phone issue thanks.

flashing nvram should fix this
download nvram for hot 5 lite @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-19499.html

Can brief me on the steps to use that app in flashing my phone by myself?.
Cos the technicians have flashed it twice. Still no way out. I want to do it myself.
I can, please just brief me about the procedure. Thanks again

All you need is in the link @X3non 's reply , just download the NVRAM file from the first link and the guide to flash the file is the second link.
